Ochre Recruitment
Working in Australia
Ochre Recruitment is committed to finding the position that is right for you.
Before we can place you in a position we need to have some information. Collating the information can be time consuming but is unavoidable and we will try and assist wherever possible. As some forms need to be signed by you the best way is to download our full registration pack online or have one of our Recruitment Consultants email or post it to you. Remember your CV should include all your university qualifications and professional experience. The certified copies that you need to provide must be signed by a Justice of the Peace. Most Pharmacists in Australia are also JPs.
The documents that we need prior to placing you in an Australian position are:
- Up-to-date CV
- Referees (three written references or three referees)
- Certified copy of Primary Medical Degree
- Copy of Medical Indemnity
- Copy of Medical Board Registration
- Certified copy of proof of identity documents
- Signed Working With Children Check Consent form
- Signed Prohibited Person Declaration form
- Completed Relevant Skills Assessment Form
- Signed Authority to Investigate the Candidate Form
- A signed Professional Practice Questionaire
- A signed Acceptance of Ochre Recruitments Terms and Conditions
Once we have all these documents we can do your referee checks and place you in a position.
Placement process
Please look online at the positions page as these are updated regularly. However don’t forget to call as there are jobs coming through all the time and we are happy to take your call.
Once we have introduced you to an employer and they have agreed to engage you the employer or contracting agent will sign a copy of Ochre Health’s Client Agreement. You will be sent a copy of the Client Agreement as confirmation of your engagement.
The Client Agreement will confirm the terms of the placement, travel and accommodation.
We look forward to hearing from you.
