Recent changes to the Australian Medical Boards recognised qualifications make it even easier for those holding the following qualifications to transition across to the Australian Medical System;

  • Members of the Faculty of General Practitioners; or a member of The College of Family Practitioners, South Africa by examination (MFGP or MCFP),
  • Holders of Master of Family Medicine, South Africa,
  • Holders of Master of Prax Medicine, South Africa,
  • Registration as a Family Physician with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa.

If you hold one of the above qualifications and meet the requirements of the Australian Medical Councils English Language Proficiency (ELP) ( http://www.amc.org.au/images/forms/mba-elp.pdf ) then you should contact us today.

For those not holding one of the above medical qualifications you can still work in Australia. If you have 5+ years of General Practice experience and ELP we are eager to hear from you also.

Work towards your internationally recognised Australian Fellowship in either the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM). Both Colleges offer a clear and concise curriculum for you to gain Fellowship.
