Referral Rewards - How it works

• You must be a registered candidate already on our database;
• Your referred friend must name you as their referrer at the time of registration;
• The first time we place the doctor, we contact you to activate the Reward, which will be paid on successful completion of their first placement. The doctor must complete 4 weeks of locum work within 6 months of being referred, and
• There is no limit to the number of doctors you can refer to earn a Reward.

New Ochre Health Permanent Referral Programme

For a doctor that is referred and is accepted for an Ochre Health Permanent placement we would like reward you with a $1000.00AUD/NZD visa gift voucher or Coles/Myer gift card as a big thank you for sending the doctor our way.  Ochre Recruitment is currently seeking around 5 suitably qualified GP and GP/VMO doctors to work permanently for our key client Ochre Health, in various country and coastal locations in NSW.  Contracts must be for a minimum of 12 months and start dates vary from August to October 2010.

The following towns currently have vacancies:

• Tea Gardens, NSW - coastal location - GP only;
• Condobolin, NSW - rural setting - GP/VMO required;
• Lightning Ridge, NSW - Black Opal mining town - GP/VMO required;
• Nelsons Bay, NSW - coastal location - GP/VMO required, and
• Bourke, NSW - rural setting - GP/VMO required.

Loyalty Rewards Programme

We also like to reward the loyalty of our doctors who work with us repeatedly over the course of a year.

Loyalty Rewards - How it works

We have two different ways of rewarding you, depending on how long you work with us:

• Any doctor that works 13 weeks or more in a year will receive a $500 gift voucher,
• Any doctor that works 26 weeks or more in a year will receive either a $1,000 gift voucher or one week of accommodation at the Couran Cove Island Resort in Queensland.

There is no limit to the number of rewards you can receive. Your recruiter can tell you at any time how many weeks you have worked and notify you when you qualify for a reward!
