2. Information that in some way identifies you as a client or potential client may be gathered during your interaction with our website.
3. OR collects personal information from you when you transmit personal information to OR – for example, your resume or an advertisement for a position. This personal information includes your full name, date of birth, address, phone and fax numbers, experience, professional qualifications, etc or details of the vacant position if you are an employer.
4. When you send the information to OR by clicking on the website "submit button" it is assumed by OR that you consent to this information being responsibly used in order to provide the services you require.
5. OR relies on the accuracy of the information you provide.
6. OR will only use your personal information for the purposes agreed of matching clients and candidates – for example a candidate's resume is submitted to prospective client; or an advertised position is sent to prospective candidates.

Ochre Recruitment clients are required to be bound by the Australian National Privacy Principal (NPP) or by laws binding schemes or contracts that uphold privacy principals substantially similar to the Australian NPP.
