What services does Ochre Recruitment provide?

When you first register with Ochre you will notice the immediate difference to other agencies, a consultant will organise an appointment with you to ask specific questions relating to your organisation and the type of doctor that you are looking for and to ensure the we understand all of your doctor requirements and any restrictions that your location may have in place.

Ochre Recruitment doesn't charge any up front costs and will only charge you a fee once the doctor has been placed into your location.

You don't pay for any marketing or advertising and we process all of the paperwork for you, it's that simple!!

How long will it take to find a suitable doctor for my location?

The time taken to find a doctor will vary depending on what your client requirements are and the specialisation of the doctor. We always like to advise clients that three months is the minimum time it will take to identify a doctor as we need time to advertise, screen, interview and place the doctor into that location.

At Ochre Recruitment we are always screening a variety of doctors on a daily basis and on occasions we can supply doctors at very short notice as they are waiting on our internal database.

At Ochre Recruitment we ensure that RRMA searches are conducted and that we place the correct doctor into that location that can bill Medicare at the highest rate.

What type and level of doctor does Ochre Recruitment supply?

Ochre Recruitment can supply a variety of doctors ranging from junior doctors at RMO2 level up to Consultants, General Practitioners with Obstetrics or Anaesthetics and Emergency or a GP Registrar who has just completed their training and has Fellowship from Australia. We also campaign overseas and target countries such as the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, USA, Canada and around 10 other countries that have post graduate qualifications that can gain recognition in Australia.
