Simon heads up our team and is constantly looking at new and innovative ways to better support practice managers and doctors to make the medical recruitment process as stress free for you as possible. Simon has a strong background in business development, operations, human resource management and was previously responsible for recruitment of doctors and other allied health professionals for the Department of Defence.
Tammy specialises in the recruitment of allied health professionals for rural and remote locations. Tammy also works closely with our European based consultant to help anyone looking to find allied health professionals and specialist doctors for hospital positions.
Bringing over 15 years of experience working with GP's and Specialists in medical centres in Tasmania, Western Australia and Queensland, Annie has a strong understanding and affinity with the demands of working in a busy medical practice. Annie can work with you to understand the particular issues that may influence your choice of locum position and find workable solutions.
Justin is an experienced recruitment consultant who goes the extra yard to provide the best possible service to both our doctors and client practices, finding those hidden treasures that provide you with the challenging and rewarding locum that suits your specific needs.
Marcella joined Ochre Recruitment in late 2007 bringing a wealth of sales and marketing experience to the team. With a background in real estate, Marcella adds a valuable mix of depth and experience combined with fresh approaches to the marketing of medical placements in regional Australia. Having been responsible for generating record levels of new listings and sales with her previous employers, Marcella further increases the depth of business development, sales and customer service to our team of consultants.
Mark joined Ochre Recruitment in late 2007 having already worked in the recruitment industry. Before joining Ochre, Mark was responsible for the recruitment of both permanent and part-time positions including trades and professional applicants, in particular medical, dental, nursing and allied health professionals. Mark is focussed on the recruitment of quality doctors for our clients and making that process as simple as possible for both the client and doctor.
Tracey has recently come to Ochre Recruitment from a busy Sydney based role in the financial sector involving recruitment, regular interaction with recruitment agencies and the management of these relationships. This has given Tracey great insight and experience in recruitment, allowing her to employ best practice methodologies to achieve consistent outcomes. Tracey’s attention to detail and enthusiasm ensures that your placement will run smoothly, freeing you to focus on your business and providing quality health care to your patients.
