General Practitioner for the Detention Centre

Dates: 14th Nov – 1st Jan 2020

Rates: $144.50 ph + 9.5% Super. Travel and Accommodation provided.

The Position
Seeking a Locum General Practitioner for the Detention Centre for the above mentioned dates. Full time hours of 38 per week – 09:00 – 17:00. No on-call or Hospital cover. Travel days – 3 hours paid. The placement will also include $29.70 daily food allowance, $57.14 daily location allowance and a completion bonus of 7.5%. Primary Care experience essential with experience in rural/remote setting and/or emergency care highly desirable. Doctor will be paid for travel days to and from location, up to $500 each way. Flights depart Perth on a Tuesday and Friday. GP must be able to provide 2 clinical references, ALS/BLS/REST or equivalent, WWCC for WA and NCRC

Essential Criteria
• FRACGP/FACRRM or VR qualifications
• General or Specialist registration with AHPRA
