General Practitioner for the Detention Centre

Date: 1st – 17th December

Rate: $144.50 ph + 9.5% Super. Travel and Accommodation provided.

The Position
Our client is seeking a General Practitioner for the Detention Centre to provide primary health care at a detention centre clinic in Western Australia. Full time hours of 38 per week – 09:00 – 17:00. No on-call or Hospital cover. The placement will also include $35.29 daily food allowance, $30.00 daily location allowance and a completion bonus of 2.5%. Travel days – 3 hours paid. Primary Care experience essential with experience in rural/remote setting and/or emergency care highly desirable. Doctor will be paid for travel days to and from location, up to $500 each way. Flights depart Perth on a Tuesday and Friday. The GP must be able to provide 2 clinical references, ALS/BLS/REST or equivalent, WWCC for WA and NCRC

The Location
Located 1 hour from Perth, you can easily enjoy all that Perth has to offer after work or on weekends. Local doctors can commute or stay in the house that is provided as part of this package.

Essential Criteria
• FRACGP/FACRRM or VR qualifications
• General or Specialist registration with AHPRA
