Locum GP - Alice Springs Correctional

Dates: 30th December - 30th January 2020

Rates: $1200 per day plus flights, car and accommodation

The Position
Our client is seeking a Locum GP with prior experience working in a correctional facility and knowledge of Medical Director to provide primary health care in remote NT. You will be working Monday to Friday sessions only; no on call or emergency work required and enjoy the support of a multi-disciplinary team. Prior experience working in a Correctional Facility

The Location
Located in Central Australia, one of Australia's great wilderness areas containing giant, red sand dunes and interesting rock formations. It is an important tourist hub and service centre for the surrounding area, with several large hotels, a world-class convention centre, and a good range of visitor attractions, restaurants, and other services.

Essential Criteria
• FRACGP, VR or equivalent qualifications
• General or Specialist registration with AHPRA
• Prior experience working in a Correctional Facility
