Locum Snr Medical Officer – ED 

Dates: 
• 08 – 12 October 2019 
• 20 – 30 December 2019 
• 24 December 2019 – 01 January 2020 

Rate: $1800 per day 

The Position 
A Locum Snr Medical Officer – ED is required to provide coverage for the above mentioned dates. Yarrabah is an Aboriginal community located 53km from Cairns. Extensive emergency experience is required as Yarrabah only provides emergency services. On-site accommodation with shared kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities is provided. Please note that accommodation is suitable for the locum only, families and partners cannot be accommodated in Yarrabah. 

The Location 
This Hospital is located in a beautiful community close to Cairns on the coast of Queensland. The position will have a high focus on Aboriginal Health. 

Essential Criteria: 
* FACRRM/FRACGP or VR qualification 
* Current ALS certification 
* Unrestricted AHPRA registration
