Locum VR General Practitioner - Bruce, ACT

* DWS Location
* State-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology
* Mixed billing medical centre (On doctor's discretion)
* Accredited training centre to take on registrars

Dates: Monday 15th April - Friday 14th June 2019

Rate: $1,200 per day or 65% of billings, whichever the greater. Potential high billings due to this being a very busy practice and prescribing S8 drugs.

The Position
We are looking for an experienced vocationally registered General Practitioner (GP) to join a state of the art medical practice located in Bruce, ACT. This is a busy practice with the current GP's taking home an attractive income due to the high billings.

Bruce is a suburb located in the Belconnen district of Australia's capital, Canberra. The shaded, tree-lined streets, and abundant native Australian greenery give the area an atmosphere of country and city-living combined. Bruce is the ideal home for anyone interested in sport, health, and fitness, as the suburb is home to the Canberra International Sports and Aquatic Centre, as well as the Australian Institute of Sport, and the Canberra Stadium. Locals can enjoy the excitement of national and international sporting events that are occasionally held in the area.
Bruce has a lively, multicultural atmosphere, as it is also the setting for the University of Canberra, which draws in a large number of young students from all over the world.

Service Overview
2,400sqm in size and spread over four floors, the medical centre shares occupancy with the University of Canberra, who are located on the third floor. The practice is currently home to a wide range of supporting allied health services, supported by CDM trained nurses.
