Locum VR GP – Cairns Hinterland 

Dates: 14th Oct – 20th Dec (2 week minimum) 

Rates: $150 per hour + flights, car & accommodation 

The Position 
In this fully computerized group practice you will be working alongside 7 other GPs; practice manager; support staff & multi-disciplinary team. Working 0830-1700 Monday to Friday sessions only, with no on call or after hours work required. 

The Location: 
Located within the rainforest and just half an hour drive from the centre of Cairns, this is the perfect opportunity for GPs who are passionate about Indigenous Health and Closing the Gap to work from the practice as well as in remote clinics, which are run three times a fortnight to service the surrounding Indigenous communities. 

Essential Criteria: 
• FRACGP/FACRRM or VR Qualification 
• Specialist registration with AHPRA 
• Full Working Rights in Australia
