Locum VR GP - Far North Queensland

Dates:
• Monday 22nd June 2020 at 8:00am or as per flights
Friday 10th July 2020 at 5:00pm or as per flights

Rate: $1500 per day worked. All travel, accommodation and vehicle provided.

The Position:
Our client is seeking a locum VR GP to provide primary health care within a remote indigenous community for the above mentioned dates. Working 0800-1700 sessions, Mon-Fri only, with no emergency on call or weekend work required. This practice has the ongoing support of an established health service, however during this year the team is in the process of handing over control of the clinic over to the local community.

The Location:
Located in the Gulf of Carpentaria you will experience warm temperatures year round. Enjoy coastal living in this rural community that is best known for prawning and fishing. Enjoy beautiful beaches, an abundance of and marine life and amazing sunrises/sunsets.

Essential Criteria:
• FRACGP/FACRRM or VR qualifications
• General or Specialist registration with AHPRA
