Locum VR GP – Sunshine Coast

Dates: Jan 6th – 31st 2020

Rate: $150 per hour

The Position
A Locum VR GP is required for a brand New Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Holistic Health Hub at Nambour, Sunshine Coast QLD Australia.
The practice aims to provide Medical Services including General Practice, Specialist Service, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Dietitian Service, Child Therapies and other health and allied health services, all under one roof. They will also be offering cultural, traditional therapies. Fully computerized with Best Practice software.

The Location
The Holistic Health Hub is based in the beautiful Sunshine Coast which is a location that is family friendly, easy access to the most amazing beaches and the lifestyle is just relaxing.
Consultations can be held in the centre, or their Hub in the outdoors amongst natural bush settings.
This beautiful town located 30 minutes drive from the coast is considered a thriving rural community and home to number of points of interest for visitors. Small quirky shops and cafes dot the street between government buildings and the town is also home to a number of events.

Essential Criteria:
* Doctor with General or Specialist registration with AHPRA
* FRACGP or equivalent
* Cultural capacity
* Understand the health needs of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander children, families and community
