Locum VR GP - with prior experience in Aboriginal Health

Dates: ASAP to 19 Sept

Rates: $1200/day worked + flights, car & accommodation

The Position:
Currently seeking a Locum VR GP to provide locum coverage in a regional NSW Aboriginal Health clinic ASAP to 19 Sept. You will be working with other part time doctors on site + full nursing support and aboriginal health practitioners. Working M - Th 0830-1700 & 0830-1500 on Fridays. No on call & no after hours work required.

All patients screened before seeing a doctor. Average is 2-4 patients booked per hour. This practice uses Best Practice software. Prior experience working on a similar service and cultural awareness training essential.

Just a few hours' drive north of Sydney, this location is at the heart of a beautiful valley on the North Coast of NSW. The river running adjacent to the town is a popular waterway for fishing, boating and rowing. Delicious oysters are farmed in the meandering river and nearby Great Lakes.
Plenty of dining options in here, including cafes, pubs and restaurants serving fresh produce and seafood from the area.

Essential Criteria:
* FACRRM/FRACGP or VR qualification
* Specialist AHPRA Registration
